▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of ultra-small tin dioxide nanoparticle-intercalated graphene/polyaniline composite involves dispersing graphene oxide in mixed solution containing deionized water and an ionic liquid, ultrasonically processing, obtaining suspension (s1), adding a tin precursor, ultrasonically processing, centrifuging, subjecting to microwave irradiation, drying, dispersing resultant product in deionized water, ultrasonically processing, adding aniline, polymerizing, washing, and drying. USE - Manufacture of ultra-small tin dioxide nanoparticle-intercalated graphene/polyaniline composite used as active material of electrode (all claimed) for supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, effective and quick manufacture of ultra-small tin dioxide nanoparticle-intercalated graphene/polyaniline composite without using reducing agent. The supercapacitor using the composite has excellent speed characteristics, and high energy density and current density.
