NOVELTY - A lithium ion battery vanadium pentoxide/graphene composite cathode material involves adding vanadium source to oxidizing solvent, heating and stirring until dissolved to obtain solution (A), adding graphene oxide to solution (A), ultrasonically dispersing to obtain liquid (B), heating the liquid (B), performing hydrothermal reaction, washing, centrifuging, and drying to obtain precursor, and subjecting precursor to heat treatment under reducing atmosphere. USE - Lithium ion battery vanadium pentoxide/graphene composite cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The lithium ion battery vanadium pentoxide/graphene composite cathode material is prepared with strong controllability and high repeatability by simple and economical process, and achieves high specific capacity, excellent cycle stability, and high economic value of lithium ion battery.
