▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A large-sized graphene-metal fine particle composite film has compact graphene-layered structure comprising hemispherical metal nanoparticles having particle diameter of 5-300 nm, and has thickness of 20 nm to 5 mu m. The ratio of number of metallic elements in atom to the number of carbon atoms is 0.5-10%. The composite film has planar dimension between millimeter and decimeter. USE - Large-sized graphene-metal fine particle composite film is used in electrode for capacitor, battery e.g. lithium battery and polymer electric actuator (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The large-sized graphene-metal fine particle composite film has high surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of large-sized graphene-metal fine particle composite film; (2) preparation of capacitor, which involves laminating graphene-copper fine particle composite film as working electrode, activated carbon as counter electrode, polyethylene film as separator, and 2 mol/L potassium hydroxide solution as electrolyte; (3) preparation of lithium battery; and (4) preparation of graphene-ion exchange polymer electric actuator.
