NOVELTY - The film has a flexible substrate layer formed with a flexible substrate layer surface and an aluminum-doped zinc oxide layer. Thickness of the flexible substrate layer is about 0.1-0.5 mm. Thickness of the aluminum-doped zinc oxide layer is about 50 nm. Thickness of a graphene layer is about 80-200 nm. The flexible substrate layer is coated with light-curing adhesive agent that is formed by a mixture of lightcurable acrylic resin and light curing epoxy resin. USE - Flexible electric conduction graphene thin film for use in an organic electroluminescent device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has better light transmittance effect, better conductivity and high flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a flexible electric conduction graphene thin film.
