▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The attenuator has a metal ground plate (3), a central conductor strip (4) and an upper medium substrate (5) that are provided with a coplanar waveguide transmission line, where characteristic impedance of the coplanar waveguide transmission line is about 50 ohm. The metal ground plate and the central conductor strip are provided with multiple pairs of graphene nano-sheets (6). Each graphene nano-sheet converts energy input from an input port (1) into thermal energy. The metal ground plate is located at two side positions of the upper medium substrate. The central conductor strip is located at a middle position of the upper medium substrate. USE - Graphene nano-sheet-based broadband tunable coplanar waveguide attenuator. ADVANTAGE - The attenuator is simple in structure, and reduces bandwidth, adjusts frequency, ensures better impedance matching, realizes amplitude weighting of units of a phased array antenna and impedance matching of a radio-frequency circuit, and improves stability of a radio-frequency amplifier and matching performance of the input port. The attenuator realizes size adjustment of energy attenuation by adjusting an equivalent resistance value.
