NOVELTY - Preparing a metal lithium battery negative electrode involves transesterifying the silane coupling agent and the cyanoacrylate in an anhydrous solvent under anhydrous conditions to obtain a solution containing the transesterified product. The solution containing the transesterification product is coated on the surface of the negative electrode foil and dried to obtain a negative electrode containing a protective layer. USE - Method for preparing a metal lithium battery negative electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the cycle performance, promotes lithium ions to pass through and induce lithium ions to be deposited on the surface of the negative electrode foil, has good compatibility with the negative electrode foil, inhibits the growth of lithium dendrites, inhibits the side reaction between electrolyte and lithium metal, and improves the cycle performance.
