NOVELTY - The preparation method of rare-earth conductive graphene up-conversion nanotube involves carrying out solvothermal reaction of gadolinium(III) hydroxide-trivalent ytterbium ion-trivalent erbium ion nanotube (I) using gadolinium nitrate, ytterbium nitrate and erbium nitrate and then processing at high temperature and carrying out chemical vapor deposition method using graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparation of rare-earth conductive graphene up-conversion nanotube. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of rare-earth conductive graphene up-conversion nanotube with high specific surface area and excellent electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of rare-earth conductive graphene up-conversion nanotube involves carrying out solvothermal reaction of gadolinium(III) hydroxide-trivalent ytterbium ion-trivalent erbium ion nanotube of formula: Gd(OH)3-xYb3+-yEr3+ (I) using gadolinium nitrate, ytterbium nitrate and erbium nitrate and then processing at high temperature and carrying out chemical vapor deposition method using graphene. x, y = 0-0.2.
