▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/lanthanum hexaboride composite film comprises silicon or quartz glass as substrate, and the surface of the substrate has graphene/lanthanum hexaboride composite film. USE - The composite film is useful for preparing optical/electrical components (claimed), and preparing products e.g. heat insulating glass and related electronic components. ADVANTAGE - The composite film: has excellent optical and electrical properties, excellent performance, and certain selectivity for incident light; and is applied to the glass base, which can significantly improve the technical problem that the glass substrate cannot be electrically conductive. The method: is simple and easy; and obtains composite film with different energy properties by changing parameters. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the composite film, comprising depositing graphene on a metal substrate by vapor deposition, transferring the graphene onto silicon or quartz glass substrate, and obtaining graphene/lanthanum hexaboride composite film on the substrate by magnetron sputtering; (2) heat insulating glass comprising the graphene/lanthanum hexaboride composite film in the heat insulating conductive glass; and (3) electronic device comprising the graphene/lanthanum hexaboride composite film in the electronic device.
