NOVELTY - Method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of organic elements constituting the graphene family involves preparing analyzer having an inlet, into which an aqueous solution containing an organic substance is injected, a vacuum chamber, a supplier for supplying the aqueous solution from inlet to the chamber, and a detector, deriving an elemental component reference of the reference material using the analyzer, analyzing an element component of the graphene family, and qualitatively analyzing the element component. USE - Method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of organic elements constituting graphene family (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organic element component of the graphene family can be qualitatively analyzed with high precision. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of organic elements constituting the graphene family involves preparing an organic element component analyzer having an inlet, into which an aqueous solution containing an organic substance is injected, a vacuum chamber coupled with the inlet and carrying out plasma irradiation of the substance, an aqueous solution supplier for supplying the aqueous solution from the inlet to the vacuum chamber, and a detector in communication with the vacuum chamber, deriving an elemental component reference of the reference material using the analyzer, analyzing an element component of the graphene family using the analyzer, and qualitatively analyzing the element component based on the reference value.
