NOVELTY - Reducing a graphene oxide film, comprises: immersing a metal plate in an oxidation graphene solution and then performing electrophoresis on a surface of the metal plate; spraying a brine water in the metal plate and then primary drying at room temperature; reducing brine content sprayed on the dried metal plate; secondary drying the metal plate at room temperature; and performing oxidation on one side of the graphene oxide film with the dried metal plate. USE - The method is useful for reducing a graphene oxide film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of simply and economically reducing the graphene oxide film in an eco-friendly manner with less energy consumption. The reduced graphene oxide film has high durability and stability.
