NOVELTY - A water-based metal anti-corrosion coating comprises (wt.%) polyaniline/graphene composite material (15-20), GH-26XB anti-corrosion acrylic emulsion (20-30), coloring pigment (15-20), alcohol ester-12 (2-4), ultrafine talc powder (5-10), superfine mica powder (5-10), ultrafine silica powder (5-10), dispersing agent (0.9-1.8), PE-100 Wetting agent (0.0.1-0.3), GHP101 thickening agent (0.5-1), SN-612 leveling agent (0.0.1-0.3), tributyl phosphate defoaming agent (0.1-0.3), and water (5-14). USE - Water-based metal anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is environment-friendly, and has excellent waterproof property, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, weather resistance, abrasion resistance and resistance to artificial aging. Further, the coating can prevent metal surface passivation and avoid discharge of heavy metals such as chromium, and has simple and low cost preparation which is suitable for industrial mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A water-based metal anti-corrosion coating comprises (wt.%) polyaniline/graphene composite material (15-20), GH-26XB anti-corrosion acrylic emulsion (20-30), coloring pigment (15-20), alcohol ester-12 (2-4), ultrafine talc powder (5-10), superfine mica powder (5-10), ultrafine silica powder (5-10), dispersing agent (0.9-1.8), PE-100 Wetting agent (0.0.1-0.3), GHP101 thickening agent (0.5-1), SN-612 leveling agent (0.0.1-0.3), tributyl phosphate defoaming agent (0.1-0.3), and water (5-14). The coating is prepared by adding aniline, graphene, and hydrochloric acid, stirring them uniformly, and cooling to 5-8 degrees C to prepare dispersion liquid; preparing hydrochloric acid-containing aqueous ammonium persulfate solution (0.0.4-6 mol/L) and pre-cooling to 3-6 degrees C; under stirring condition slowly dripping the dispersion liquid into ammonium persulfate solution, then adding acrylic emulsion, dispersing agent, wetting agent and water, and stirring for 10-15 minutes to obtain polyaniline/graphene oxide composite material; respectively adding coloring pigment, superfine talc powder, superfine mica powder, ultrafine silica powder, and alcohol ester-12, and stirring for 40-44 minutes; adding thickening agent, leveling agent, and tributyl phosphate defoaming agent, and stirring for 30-34 minutes to obtain the anti-corrosion coating; and sending coating into a sand mill to grind twice, and then filtering.
