NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene/carbon nanotube composite film involves preparing graphene oxide, mixing carbon nanotubes with the graphene oxide, preparing a graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite film by drop-casting the obtained mixture, and heat-treating the graphene oxide/carbon nanotube composite film in reducing gas atmosphere. USE - Manufacture of graphene/carbon nanotube composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene/carbon nanotube composite film having excellent electron transport ability and electrochemical capacity, unique structural characteristics and high specific surface area.
