NOVELTY - The method involves locating a gas delivery system in outer cover. The outer cover is sealed. A vacuum system makes the space in the outer cover and box-type heating furnace (2). A gas delivery system supplies the gas to hearth of cover and box-type heating furnace. A roller (4) conveys the copper foil. Several scroll portions are respectively arranged parallel to each shaft (3). Several shafts are respectively located on the box-type heating furnace for sides of rollers for making copper foil (12). The copper foil is cooled from box-type heating furnace. USE - Method for manufacturing large-area graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The argon gas and hydrogen gas are continuously filled.
