▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A mask composite material comprises 55-65 pts. wt. modified chlorobutyl rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. mixed three-dimensional network graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon black, 4-8 pts. wt. dioctyl sebacate, 2-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide accelerator and 15-25 pts. wt. zinc chloride. USE - The mask composite material is useful for gas mask. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for producing the mask composite material, which involves: (1) weighing each raw material as required; (2) sequentially adding the modified chlorobutyl rubber, carbon black, dioctyl sebacate, antioxidant, accelerator and zinc chloride to a high-speed mixer and stirring at 800-1200 rpm for 10-20 minutes, and then continuously stirring at 250-350 rpm for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixture (A); (3) subjecting the mixture (A) to primary mixing treatment at 75-85 degrees C for 35-45 minutes, then conducting 3-6 times thin pass for the first time, and then adding the mixed three-dimensional network graphene, carrying out secondary mixing at 65-75 degrees C for 45-55min, and then conducting 5-9 times thin pass for the second time to obtain a mixed rubber (B); (4) putting the mixed rubber into a plasma irradiation box for 10-20 minutes, then leaving still -2 degrees C for 2 hours, then increasing the temperature to 5 degrees C at a heating rate of 1 degrees C/hour, and then maintaining the temperature for 20 minutes to get a reinforced primer (C); and (5) vulcanizing the reinforced primer (C) obtained in step (4) at 120-160 degrees C and 15-25 MPa for 35-45 minutes.
