▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Absorbing material comprises impedance matching layer, a loss layer and a reflective layer from top to bottom. The impedance matching layer is formed by dispersing the graphene powder/barium titanate powder into chloroprene rubber. The loss layer is formed by dispersing the hydroxy iron powder into neoprene. The reflective layer is formed by dispersing the graphite into neoprene. The impedance matching layer contains 2-5wt.% graphene powder/barium titanate powder. USE - Absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - Absorbing material has maximum absorption of more than 13.6dB when the thickness is 0.2mm, and the performance is excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene powder/barium titanate powder, which involves: (A) adding crystalline flake graphite powder in 98wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid in ice bath with mechanical stirring; (B) adding 50-80wt.% sodium nitrate powder, and adding 2-4 times the weight of potassium permanganate and performing ice bath reaction for 30-120min; (C) heating to 30-40 degrees C for 4-5h; (D) adding deionized water and hydrogen peroxide and stirring for 1-3h; (E) adding 5wt.% hydrochloric acid centrifugal and washing until no sulfate ions are left and drying to obtain graphene oxide; (F) dispersing graphene oxide in an anhydrous ethanol solution and dispersing the oxidized graphene colloidal solution by ultrasonic treatment; (G) heating the oxidized graphene colloidal solution to 65-75 degrees C; (H) adding 70-85wt.% hydrazine hydrate with stirring and after 0.5-2 hours of reaction, barium titanate powder is added in a proportion of 2: 1 to 1: 2 of graphene: barium titanate, and the mixture is uniformly mixed; and (I) centrifuging and washing, and drying in vacuum to obtain a graphene powder/barium titanate powder.
