▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing oxidized graphene modified silicon boron carbon nitride ceramic temperature sensor involves (a) ultrasonically dispersing the mixture of sheet oxide graphene and N, N-dimethyl formamide under the sealing condition to obtain the graphene dispersion; (b) mixing the graphene dispersion liquid with the polyboron silazane to obtain the mixed solution; (c) thermally cross-linking the mixed solution, crushing and sieving to obtain the modified poly-boron silazane powder; (d) hot-pressing the mixture of the mixed solution and the modified poly-boron silazane powder to obtain the cylindrical blank; and (e) drilling two small holes on the cylindrical blank surface, inserting the tungsten filament in the small hole and performing pyrolysis treatment to obtain the oxidized graphene modified silicon boron carbon nitride ceramic temperature sensor. USE - The method is useful for preparing oxidized graphene modified silicon boron carbon nitride ceramic temperature sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple technique, low cost, can realize batch production, has small size, wide temperature measuring range, oxygen corrosion resistance and high sensitivity, and can be used in extreme environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an oxidized graphene modified silicon boron carbon nitride ceramic temperature sensor, is prepared as mentioned above.
