NOVELTY - Preparing degradable graphene film bag comprises (i) taking graphene oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically processing to obtain graphene oxide (GO) dispersion, and adjusting pH to 2-5 with acid, (ii) mixing silane coupling agent and absolute ethanol, and stirring, (iii) placing the acidic graphene oxide dispersion into reaction kettle, stirring, slowly adding silane-coupling agent diluent, stirring and reacting, (iv) allowing to stand and layering the mixed solution, and placing it in vacuum drying oven for vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene, (v) mixing the modified graphene with the resin, mixing at speed of 300-1000 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes, and stopping when the temperature of the materials reaches 80-120℃ to obtain blend B, and (vii) extruding the blend B through twin-screw extruder and cooling to granulate, and forming the masterbatch into film bag through film blowing machine and bag making machine. USE - The method is useful in field of fully-degradable plastic. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains the modified graphene by graphene modified method, so as to improve the mechanical property of the graphene material, the method has simple operation, and is suitable for the field of fully-degradable plastic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing degradable graphene film bag comprises (i) adding graphene oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically processing to obtain graphene oxide (GO) dispersion, and adjusting pH to 2-5 with acid, (ii) mixing silane coupling agent and absolute ethanol, and stirring, (iii) placing the acidic graphene oxide dispersion into reaction kettle, stirring, slowly adding silane-coupling agent diluent, stirring and reacting, (iv) allowing to stand and layering the mixed solution, removing the supernatant, washing away excess coupling agent with absolute ethanol, repeatedly washing with deionized water until the pH value is neutral, and placing it in vacuum drying oven for vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene, (v) mixing the modified graphene with the resin, mixing at speed of 300-1000 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes, unloading at speed of 100-800 revolutions per minute, and continuously dredging the discharge port, so that the graphene can fully cover the resin particles to obtain the blend A, (vi) mixing the blend A with the auxiliary materials, mixing at 400-1100 revolutions per minute for 5-30 minutes, and stopping when the temperature of the materials reaches 80-120℃ to obtain blend B, (vii) extruding the blend B through twin-screw extruder and cooling to granulate, obtaining the graphene degradable composite material masterbatch, and forming the masterbatch into film bag through film blowing machine and bag making machine. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene degradable composite film bag prepared by the preparation method.
