NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-specific dispersion polymer comprises adding 245-355 g epoxy resin and 8-12 g itaconic acid in a reaction vessel equipped with a stirring, heating equipped with a stirring, heating and protection device) and reacting at 80-120 degrees C, carrying out the esterification of epoxy resin to generate a large number of double bonds, introducing carboxy groups during the reaction, and stopping the reaction when the measured acid value reaches 60-150 mg/g, (ii) adding 420-500 g long-chain alkyl acrylate and 2-8 g free radical initiator, and reacting at 80-150 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain copolymer, and (iii) adding a neutralizer to the copolymer, and neutralizing by neutralizing agent until the pH of 7 plus minus 0.5. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-specific dispersion polymer. ADVANTAGE - The polymer has the benzene ring in the epoxy resin, has an anchoring effect on graphene and a high coating unique to the functional long-chain monomer, low surface energy characteristics, high solid content, low viscosity, good fluidity and excellent storage stability, and provides a huge formula adjustment space for the production of high-performance barrier coatings.
