NOVELTY - The tool has a working table (1) whose upper end is fixedly connected with a gantry frame mechanism (2). An inner top end of a fixed base (3) is provided with a knife base (4). A cavity layer is located on an upper side of a turning tool (6). An inner wall of the cavity layer is fixedly connected with two symmetrical graphene blocks. A heat absorbing sheet is located between the graphene blocks. Upper ends of the heat absorbing sheets are fixedly connected with corrugated pipes. A screw thread groove is in threaded connection with the turning tool. An inner wall of a nozzle is rotatably connected with two symmetrical sealing sheets. An upper end of a water storage tank (21) is fixedly connected with a liquid storage bag filled with condensed liquid. USE - Diamond turning tool for a mechanical manufacturing field. ADVANTAGE - The tool reduces abrasion to the surface of the graphene block, and improves smoothness of sliding of the heat conducting plate by the ball bearing so as to realize precise turning functions during long time operation. The tool ensures that the water tank can be cooled by condensed liquid so as to absorb heat generated by long time operation of the tool, and the coating on the surface of the tool is not easy to be invalid due to chemical abrasion.
