NOVELTY - A graphene heating material comprises 38-42 pts. wt. carbon fiber powder, 5-6 pts. wt. graphite, 40-50 pts. wt. adhesive, 3-4 pts. wt. fireproof additive, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. manganese dioxide coupling agent and 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. ferric oxide coupling agent. USE - Graphene heating material used for heating plate used for screen, reinforced floor, solid wood floor and solid wood composite floor. ADVANTAGE - The material is simple, convenient, time-saving, energy-saving, low-carbon environment-friendly and safe, has simple preparation, high yield, good temperature coefficient reaching to 96-97%, automatic temperature control and fast and uniform heating, and is suitable for mechanized batch production.
