NOVELTY - Producing large-size graphene material comprises taking graphite, water and substance G into a container and mixing to obtain large-size graphene aqueous dispersion and removing water. The substance G: (i) has at least two benzene ring structures, at least two functional groups ionized in water after charged and is solid non-polymeric material at room temperature (ii) has not greater than 3 benzene rings and/or continuous conterminal structure (iii) has topology molecular polar surface area of more than 80 Angstrom 2 and (iv) has relative molecular mass of more than 420 and contains at least 18 carbon atoms. USE - The method is useful for producing large-size graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: provides graphene having large transverse size and very high thickness within the 5 layer of grapheme; does not use oxidation process, thus the obtained graphene has high conductivity; is simple and economical; does not use complex process and multiple steps; uses low cost raw materials; has low environmental hazards; and is very suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing large-size graphene material comprises (a) taking 0-1200 parts graphite, 0-1000 parts water and 0-400 parts substance G into a container and mixing for 30 minutes to obtain large-size graphene aqueous dispersion (b) removing water to obtain the graphene product. The substance G: (i) has at least two benzene ring structures, at least two functional groups ionized in water after charged and is solid non-polymeric material at room temperature (ii) has not greater than 3 benzene rings and/or continuous conterminal structure (iii) has topology molecular polar surface area of more than 80 Angstrom 2 and (iv) has relative molecular mass of more than 420 and contains at least 18 carbon atoms.
