NOVELTY - The device (100) has a first electrode (EL1) arranged in a second electrode (EL2) along opposite directions. A luminous unit is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode. The luminous unit is provided with a hole transport region (HTR) arranged on the first electrode. A light-emitting layer (EML) is arranged on the hole transport region. An electron transfer area is arranged on the light-emitting layer. An orientation guiding layer (ALN1) is arranged between the hole transport region and the light-emitting layer. The orientation guiding layer is provided with a graphene. USE - Organic light-emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The device improves luminous efficiency by enhancing homogeneous alignment rate of molecules within the light-emitting layer. The device forms the orientation guiding layer between the hole transport region and the light-emitting layer so as to improve organic light-emitting device manufacturing efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting device.
