NOVELTY - The space lift device comprises a stationary graphene cable that connects a surface of the planet with a stationary orbit and a mobile lift itself. The lift is made in the form of a saucer, which contains a superconducting energy storage device, outside of which a passenger compartment is located. The cable is made in the form rings containing oppositely charged graphene, made in the form of an electret. The outer ring and the inner ring are uniformly connected by multilayer bridges along the perimeter and height of multilayer graphene and a complex double electret. The portion of the electret has a charge opposite to the charge of the outer and inner rings, and the saucer itself is equipped with docking nodes at the top and bottom. USE - Space lift device.
