NOVELTY - A graphene film (2) is manufactured by selecting metal foil which has maximum height of surface roughness peak in surface area (100 mu mx 100 mu m) of 100-600 nm as substrate (1), supplying carbon source to surface of substrate, and forming graphene film on surface of substrate by chemical vapor deposition. USE - Manufacture of graphene film for electroconductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene film with good quality can be manufactured at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for electroconductive film provided with graphene film on plastic film.
