NOVELTY - Water- and oil-repellent structure comprises a low surface-free-energy layer (10), and a graphene layer (20) provided in a state which contacts layer (10), and provided on layer (10), and having a thickness of 2 nm or less. USE - Water- and oil-repellent structure is used for forming motor vehicle component. Uses include but are not limited to mirror, glass window, vehicle mainframe, cover of light, door knob, metal panel, window panel, radiator fin, evaporator, and camera lens. ADVANTAGE - The water- and oil-repellent structure has excellent durability, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and antifouling property.
