NOVELTY - Producing graphene grease comprises (i) adding lubricating base oil, modified graphene powder, thickening agent, anti-rust agent, dispersant and anti-friction agent into a pressure saponification reactor for saponification reaction; (ii) making the graphene soap, heating and melting into a soap solution, and adding quenched oil into the soap solution and cooling; (iii) sending the base oil and additives directly into the blending tank, and becoming the finished oil after mixing; and (iv) pouring the refined oil into a centrifugal homogenizer for dispersion treatment, and degassing. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene grease. ADVANTAGE - The method increases the production speed, greatly improves the production efficiency of grease, greatly improves the consistency of product quality, and is simple, low cost and wide application range.
