▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing lithium-ion battery anode slurry comprises (i) mixing and dispersing the anode active material, conductive agent and a part of organic solvent to obtain mixed material; and (ii) mixing and dispersing the mixed material, binder and remaining part of organic solvent to obtain the lithium-ion battery anode slurry; where the content of the part of the organic solvent is 85-96 wt.%, when total amount of the organic solvent used to prepare the anode slurry is 100%, where the binder includes polyvinylidene fluoride binder. The organic solvent includes N-methylpyrrolidone. The conductive agent includes conductive carbon black, carbon nanotubes, conductive graphite, carbon fiber and/or graphene. The anode active material includes lithium iron phosphate, lithium cobaltate, lithium manganate or lithium nickel cobalt manganese. The solid content of the anode slurry of the lithium-ion battery is 45-75%. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium-ion battery anode slurry. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the slurry efficiency; ensures the quality of the slurry; and produces lithium-ion battery anode slurry having little viscosity change in the subsequent storage process, good stability and good adhesion after coating. The absorption of organic solvents by anode active materials and conductive agents is also more sufficient.
