NOVELTY - Battery diaphragm comprises a graphene oxide functionalized polyvinylidene fluoride coating layer coated on two sides of a diaphragm base material. The graphene oxide functionalized polyvinylidene fluoride coating layer is obtained by coating graphene oxide functionalized polyvinylidene fluoride solution on two sides of the diaphragm base material. The single side thickness of the graphene oxide functionalized polyvinylidene fluoride coating layer is independently 1-2 µm, the porosity of the battery diaphragm is 30-50%. The graphene oxide functionalized polyvinylidene fluoride solution is obtained by connecting the graphene oxide and polyvinylidene fluoride through hydrogen bond. USE - The battery diaphragm is useful in the lithium ion battery (claimed), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) batteries. ADVANTAGE - The battery diaphragm has strong thermal conductivity, good electrolyte wetting property and excellent ion transmission performance, good practical value and economic value.
