▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide-coated metal organic frameworks-derived titanium dioxide doped carbon structural material involves dispersing MIL-125 and graphene oxide (GO) in a mixed solution of N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and deionized water, and then mixing to obtain a mixed reaction solution. The mixed reaction liquid is added in an autoclave at 150-200 degrees C to obtain a mixed product. The mixed product is centrifugally washed and dried to get black precipitate. The black precipitate is calcined and dried in an inert atmosphere to obtain the reduced graphene oxide-coated metal organic frameworks-derived titanium dioxide doped carbon structural material. USE - Method for preparing reduced graphene oxide-coated metal organic frameworks-derived titanium dioxide doped carbon structure material used for preparing electrochemical energy storage or supercapacitors (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the reduced graphene oxide-coated metal organic frameworks-derived titanium dioxide doped carbon structure material in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with fast charging speed, long cycle life, simple preparation and field of new energy.
