NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene product involves mixing graphene powder and silicon carbide powder, adding organic solvent to mixed powder, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain supersaturated graphene dispersion liquid slurry, and uniformly mixing supersaturated graphene dispersion liquid slurry and organic adhesive in light-shielding condition to obtain mixed slurry, adding the mixed slurry to three-dimensional printing light curing forming device to manufacture blank, layer by layer printing according to three-dimensional model to prepare graphene product crude blank. USE - Preparation of graphene product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene product with excellent product density, by convenient and rapid process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene product involves (1) mixing graphene powder and silicon carbide powder, adding organic solvent to mixed powder, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain supersaturated graphene dispersion liquid slurry, and uniformly mixing supersaturated graphene dispersion liquid slurry and organic adhesive in light-shielding condition to obtain mixed slurry, (2) adding the mixed slurry to three-dimensional printing light curing forming device to manufacture blank using controllable UV beam, using surface exposure or spot scanning method, and layer by layer printing according to three-dimensional model to prepare graphene product crude blank, and (3) performing degreasing treatment of the graphene product crude blank at low temperature, evaporating organic adhesive in the crude blank, and performing hot isostatic pressing process.
