▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Use of composite photocatalytic material for manufacturing insole or shoe with sterilization and deodorization function, is claimed, where the composite photocatalytic material comprises graphene, zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide composite photocatalytic material. USE - Composite photocatalytic material used for manufacturing insole or shoe with sterilization and deodorization function (application). ADVANTAGE - The composite photocatalytic material undergoes photocatalytic reaction to decompose harmful substances under weak light, has excellent sterilization and deodorization effect, and is prepared by simple process and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the composite photocatalytic material, involving (a) preparing zinc acetate anhydrous ethanol solution, (b) dispersing graphene in zinc acetate anhydrous ethanol solution to form graphene dispersion, (c) performing hydrothermal reaction and high-temperature calcination on graphene dispersion liquid to obtain graphene zinc oxide composite material, (d) uniformly mixing and ball-milling the graphene oxide composite material with titanium dioxide, and (e) performing high temperature calcination to obtain graphene, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide composite photocatalytic material; (2) a sterilization and deodorization insole with composite photocatalytic material comprising insole portion, glue layer and composite photocatalytic material layer, where the composite photocatalytic material layer comprises graphene, zinc oxide and titanium dioxide composite photocatalytic material, and is structurally characterized in that zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are respectively bonded on two sides of graphene through suspension bonds of graphene, and the composite photocatalytic material layer is secured to upper surface of insole portion by glue layer; (3) a shoe with composite photocatalytic material comprising sterilization and deodorization middle bottom plate comprising middle bottom plate portion, glue layer and composite photocatalytic material layer, where the composite photocatalytic material layer is fixed on upper surface of middle bottom plate portion by glue layer; and (4) a method for preparing insole or shoe with composite photocatalytic material, involving coating layer of glue on upper surface of portion, coating composite photocatalytic material on surface of glue, and drying at 60-80 degrees C to obtain finished product.
