NOVELTY - Artificial stone comprises 70-85 pts. wt. building waste slurry, 10-15 pts. wt. modified water-reducing agent, 5-6 pts. wt. modified cement, 2-4 pts. wt. power plant fly ash, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide and 4-8 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The modified water reducing agent is prepared by (i) uniformly stirring the sodium hydroxide solution and sodium silicate to prepare alkali excitant solution, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing the nanometre silicon dioxide at 10-15℃ and uniformly stirring, and (iii) adding the dispersed nanometre silicon dioxide to the water reducing solution, stirring the rod and stirring for 1-2 minutes to form uniform mixed solution. USE - The artificial stone is useful in concrete block, crushed stone, brick tile block, waste mortar, building glass and building ceramic fragment. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture artificial stone that has excellent mechanical property, wear resistance, and strong mechanical property. The artificial stone is manufactured by using construction waste and power plant fly ash, which does not require special natural resource, does not consume natural raw material, has low material cost, and is not easy to shrink.
