NOVELTY - Digital coding meta-material based on memristor, comprises a metal resonance unit, where the metal resonance unit is composed of 4 memristor and 1 cross-shaped resonator. The resistive layer of the memristor is reactants of vanadium dioxide or VOx with tungsten and niobium. The top electrode and bottom electrode are made of carbon nanotubes, silver nanowires, graphene or indium tin oxide, indium(III) oxide: tin, AZO, zinc oxide: aluminum, FTO, tin oxide: flurine, ATO, tin dioxide: antimony, platinum, palladium, tungsten, niobium, silver and/or gold. The insulating substrate is made of thermal silicon oxide sheet, glass, ceramic and/or plastic. USE - Used as digital coding meta-material based on memristor. ADVANTAGE - The meta-material has low insertion loss, high isolation, fast switching speed, easy large-scale integration and characteristics, and can be well combined with the complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) circuit. It is easy to be integrated into the electronic system, there is no need to add additional external device.
