NOVELTY - Manufacture of conductive glass involves batching, melting, molding, and annealing glass substrate using substrate manufacturing method, and spraying conductive film layer comprising 25-30 vol.% graphene, 17-35 vol.% zinc oxide, 15-30 vol.% copper powder, 10-15 vol.% alumina and 5-10 vol.% antioxidant. USE - Manufacture of conductive glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures the integrity of glass base layer. The mixed material of the conductive layer formed by mixing the various conductive materials ensures glass conduction effect and enhances electrical conductivity.
