NOVELTY - A nickel cobalt lithium manganate preparing method involves using chemical reduction of graphene oxide layer and magnesium, dissolving graphene oxide and a soluble magnesium salts in water to form a mixed treatment liquid, adding nickel cobalt lithium manganate powder, using magnesium ions and graphene oxide as functional groups, carrying out dispersion to form magnesium ion and nickel cobalt lithium manganate on surface of chemical reducing graphene oxide composite layer. USE - Method for preparing nickel cobalt lithium manganate that is utilized in lithium-ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the nickel cobalt lithium manganate with improved charge discharge circuit performance, in a simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a lithium-ion battery.
