NOVELTY - Preparation of plug control type gel electrolyte lithium air stack involves adding graphene and electrolytic manganese dioxide to organic solvent, coating into the prepared nickel foam to obtain diffusion electrode, embedding into the stainless steel gas chamber filled with air diffusion electrode on one side of the card slots, carrying out lithium plate hydrophobic treatment, pressing convex collector nickel net into battery anode, dissolving lithium hexafluorophosphate in ethylene carbonate, adding spiro quaternary ammonium salts and carrying out ultrasonic treatment. USE - Method for preparing plug control type gel electrolyte lithium air stack (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product has stable performance and has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of plug control type gel electrolyte lithium air stack comprising: (A) adding graphene and electrolytic manganese dioxide to organic solvent, coating into the prepared nickel foam to obtain diffusion electrode, embedding into the stainless steel gas chamber filled with air diffusion electrode on one side of the card slots, carrying out lithium plate hydrophobic treatment and pressing convex collector nickel net into battery anode; (B) dissolving 3-6 pts. wt. lithium hexafluorophosphate in 7-15 pts. wt. ethylene carbonate, adding 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. spiro quaternary ammonium salts and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1-3 hours with ultrasonic power of 300-600 W to obtain an electrolyte solution; (C) dissolving 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. polymer in 1.0-2.0 pts. wt. polymer crosslinking agent and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 6-12 hours with ultrasonic power of 500-1000 W to obtain polymer solution; (D) mixing polymer solution and electrolyte solution, stirring, standing for 30-120 minutes, removing solid precipitate by filtration, collecting filtrate, adding 0.5-1 pt. wt. persulfate solution as initiator where persulfate is potassium persulfate, sodium persulfate or ammonium persulfate and stirring to obtain gel polymer electrolyte; and (E) filling empty shell with gel polymer electrolyte from left to right to the negative slot, inserting card slot in the cathode battery and standing at room temperature for 3-10 minutes. The lithium air and electric pile at the bottom of the casing is provided with sets of alternating positive card slot and negative card slot. The cathode card slot is inserted with positive electrode of the battery and battery anode by stainless steel gas chamber and cartridge in diffusion electrode of the gas chamber side of the card slot on the diffusion electrode composition. The negative card slot is inserted with negative electrode of the battery. The lithium air stack shell is filled with gel polymer electrolyte. The polymer is poly(methyl methacrylate), polyethylene oxide or polyacrylic acid. The polymer crosslinking agent is N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate or hydroxypropyl methacrylate.
