NOVELTY - Preparing sewing thread comprises (i) mixing 30-40 pts. wt. polypropylene, 3-7 pts. wt. polyethylene, 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 7-15 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. additive, 1-3 pts. wt. emulsifier and 2-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, (ii) adding polyacrylamide, polyvinyl alcohol into the reaction kettle, heating at 50-60 degrees C, adding graphene, reacting at constant temperature for 1-2 hours to obtain reaction product a1, (iii) adding polypropylene, polyethylene, charcoal fiber, emulsifier and reaction product a1 into an internal mixer for 15-20 minutes, crushing the refined product, mixing with auxiliary agent to obtain reaction product a2, and (iv) placing reaction product a2 in a twin screw, melting, extruding in a spinning machine, spin forming and then sewing thread. USE - The method is useful for preparing sewing thread. ADVANTAGE - The thread: has simple preparation process, high strength, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and excellent antistatic property.
