NOVELTY - The detector has a graphene multiplier substrate provided with a high-frequency dielectric substrate. Front and rear ends of the graphene multiplier substrate are respectively connected with a signal input end and a signal output end of a micro-strip line, where the signal input end comprises a modulation signal that comprises a low frequency signal and a high-frequency signal. A RC low-pass filter is provided with a filter subject, a signal transmission terminal and a ground end. A micro-strip line of the signal transmission terminal is fixed between a rear end and the signal output end of the graphene multiplier substrate. The ground end is connected to a ground part. USE - DC offset based graphene detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector has high sensitivity, small wave distortion, low cost, simple circuit and high working frequency, and improves detection effect and feasibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a direct (DC) offset based graphene detector designing method.
