NOVELTY - Organic laser device comprises a substrate (6), a gate (5), an active layer (3), a source (1) and a drain(2). An organic field effect transistor structure is a bottom gate top electrode structure. The upper part of the gate is provided with a dielectric layer. The dielectric layer is provided with an optical resonant cavity structure. The substrate, the gate and the active layer are made of transparent material. USE - Used as organic laser device. ADVANTAGE - The method: conveniently introduces into the resonant cavity, which is simple and easy to operate; and is economical and suitable for constructing flexible organic laser device. The device: can realizes field effect carrier transmission, but also can realizes laser emitting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the organic laser device.
