▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fluorosilicone rubber composite material having piezoresistive properties comprises 100 pts. wt. vinyl-fluorosilicone rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 7-10 pts. wt. graphene, 5-12 pts. wt. copper powder, 5-8 pts. wt. zinc powder, 10-20 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. surface treating agent and 2-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, where the length-diameter ratio of carbon nanotubes is more than 50. USE - The composite material is useful in piezoelectric sensor and pressure-sensitive electrical component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has high crosslinking degree, excellent oil and corrosion resistance, less permanent compression deformation, stable performance after vulcanization, sensitive characteristic of resistance change along with the pressure change, and improved electrical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (i) pre-treating carbon nanotubes, graphene, nano-silicon dioxide and surface treatment agent mixture, (ii) adding vinyl-fluorosilicone rubber, copper powder and zinc powder, mixing evenly, then adding pre-treated carbon nanotubes, graphene and nano-silicon dioxide, heating at 50-70 degrees C and mixing, and (iii) adding vulcanizing agent, then heating at 180-230 degrees C for vulcanization, and molding.
