▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene-chitosan composite material comprises e.g. cooking tea in deionized water, cooling and filtering with cellulose acetate membrane, dispersing graphene oxide, filtering and washing, dissolving resulting reduced graphene in deionized water, carrying out ultrasound dispersion for 30 minutes, dissolving chitosan in aqueous acetic acid solution, then pouring the resulting reduced graphene solution into a chitosan solution, stirring, pouring the homogeneous mixture into a plastic petri dish, and dipping at 50 degrees C until the weight is constant to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing reduced graphene-chitosan composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing reduced graphene-chitosan composite material comprises (i) cooking 2 g tea in 100 ml deionized water at 100 degrees C for 20 minutes, cooling and filtering with cellulose acetate membrane to obtain tea solution, dispersing 0.05 g graphene oxide ultrasonically in the resulting tea solution for 30 minutes, and then reducing in a nitrogen atmosphere at 90 degrees C, filtering the resulting reduced graphene solution and washing for many times with deionized water and removing excess tea polyphenols, and (ii) dissolving resulting reduced graphene in 20 ml deionized water, carrying out ultrasound dispersion for 30 minutes, dissolving 1 g chitosan in 80 ml 1 wt.% aqueous acetic acid solution, then pouring the resulting reduced graphene solution into a chitosan solution, stirring for 8-12 hours, pouring the homogeneous mixture into a plastic petri dish, and dipping at 50 degrees C until the weight is constant to obtain final product.
