NOVELTY - Coating material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-10 pts. wt. iron powder, 3-10 pts. wt. nickel powder, 2-5 pts. wt. natural rubber, 0.2-0.9 pts. wt. insoluble sulfur, 0.2-1 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 3-8 pts. wt. active agent. USE - Coating material for surface treatment of automobile ferrule. ADVANTAGE - The coating material has excellent overall performance of the protective film, and improves the hardness and wear resistance of the automobile ferrule. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for treating a surface of an automobile ferrule, which involves: (A) mixing 2-10 pts. wt. iron powder, 3-10 pts. wt. nickel powder with dilute hydrochloric acid, and then ultrasonically mixing with 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide to obtain a first mixture; (B) mixing the first mixture with 2-5 pts. wt. natural rubber, 0.2-0.9 pts. wt. insoluble sulfur, 0.2-1 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 3-8 pts. wt. active agent to obtain a coating material; and (C) spraying the coating material on the surface of the car ferrule by laser spraying.
