▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) mixing graphite with certain sheet size and concentrated sulfuric acid, then slowly adding potassium permanganate, continuously stirring and cooling to room temperature, washing to neutral and drying to obtain graphene oxide, wrapping with copper foil, placing in a tubular furnace with argon (Ar) protective atmosphere, reducing at a set time and temperature, obtaining the graphene with a certain oxygen-containing functional group, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing the obtained graphene in ethanol solvent, then adding magnesium alloy powder and fully mixing, drying the obtained composite powder, preheating to a certain temperature in extrusion mold, extruding into graphene/magnesium alloy preform, and (iii) adding prefabricated body into the magnesium alloy melt, casting, extruding, finally obtained the graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material. USE - Preparation method of graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material with in-situ double-interface structure. Uses include but are not limited to automobiles, rails, electronics, aerospace, aviation, and defense and military industrie. ADVANTAGE - The graphene magnesium-based composite material with in-situ double-interface structure has excellent interface combination and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene magnesium-based composite material with in-situ double-interface structure
