NOVELTY - The transistor has a substrate (10), a gate layer (20) formed on one side of the substrate, and a gate insulating layer (30) formed on a side of the gate layer away from the substrate. First source electrode (40) is provided on a side of the gate insulating layer away from the substrate, and a light-emitting functional layer (50) is formed on a side of the first source electrode away from the substrate. First drain electrode (60) is provided on a side of the light-emitting functional layer away from the substrate, and a surface of the first source electrode away from the substrate has a first grating structure. The first grating structure comprises a base layer and multiple protrusions provided on the base layer. USE - Organic light emitting transistor for light-emitting panel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Since the surface of the first source electrode far away from one side of the substrate is provided with the first grating structure, the light emitting performance of the organic light emitting transistor is improved. Since the first and second grating structures are provided with a matched shape and the same period, the surface area of the light-emitting functional layer is increased, so as to improve the light extraction efficiency of the display panel. The light emitting efficiency is improved and the working voltage of the device is reduced, so that the service life and the opening rate of the organic LED (OLED) device are improved.
