NOVELTY - The block (100) has a heating layer (110) formed by mortar mixed with carbon nanomaterials. A heating mesh is formed of electrically conductive material and inserted into the heating layer. A non-heating layer (120) is formed by the mortar in which the carbon nano materials are not mixed. The carbon nano material is selected from carbon quantum dot, fullerene, carbon nanoribbon, carbon nano-tube, graphene and carbide-derived carbon. The heating mesh is installed to form multiple layers, and an interval between the heating meshes is 1-2 cm. USE - Heating pavement block. ADVANTAGE - The block is installed on the pavement so as to melt snow and ice, obtain high temperature by supplying a small amount of electricity to prevent safety accidents of passers-by on the pavement in winter.
