NOVELTY - The method involves filtering and collecting an aqueous micro-sphere, and far infrared ray drying the micro-sphere for 1-3 hours to obtain a graphene coated anion exchange resin micro-sphere. The prepared graphene coated anion exchange resin micro-sphere is embedded into a cone-shaped plastic tube tip section. A metal wire is inserted in a cone-shaped plastic tube. A square tapered silicon rubber is pressed slowly in the cone-shaped plastic tube opening to obtain a graphene coated anion exchange resin micro-sphere based disposable electrode. USE - Method for preparing a covered anion exchange resin micro-sphere based graphene disposable electrode that is used for electrochemical detection of an electro-active material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the electrode with high sensitivity, wide application prospect and fast response speed in a simple and cost effective manner.
