NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly slow-release snow melting agent is obtained by mixing and modifying composite snow-melting agent (A) and surface treatment agent in a mass ratio of 35-90:0.4-0.8. The composite snow-melting agent (A) is obtained by mixing graphene micro-sheet, white carbon black, sodium carbonate, sodium acetate, and calcium acetate in a mass ratio of 2-4:1-3:0.4-0.8:0.6-0.9:0.4-0.8, dipping and drying. USE - Environmentally-friendly slow-release snow melting agent used for preparing slow-release snow-melting micro-surface mixture (claimed) for road construction. ADVANTAGE - The slow-release snow melting agent has excellent road performance, deicing and snow removal effects, high and low temperature performance, wear resistance throughout the service cycle and economic and social benefits, effect of repairing old roads, preventing new roads from cracking and actively melting ice and snow, and solves the technical problems of single road performance, insufficient wear resistance and high temperature stability of the existing micro-surface mixture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) Preparation of environmentally-friendly slow-release snow-melting agent, which involves (i) preparing raw material containing graphene micro-sheet, white carbon black, sodium carbonate, sodium acetate, and calcium acetate in a mass ratio of 2-4:1-3:0.4-0.8:0.6-0.9:0.4-0.8, (ii) dissolving sodium carbonate, sodium acetate, and calcium acetate in water to obtain composite salt solution, adding graphene flakes and white carbon black to the saturated composite salt solution, stirring for 2.5-3 hours, drying, grinding and sieving to obtain composite snow melting agent (A), and (iii) dissolving the surface treatment agent in 20-30 times of ethanol to prepare a modified solution, adding the composite snow melting agent (A), stirring at 350 rpm for 30-45 minutes at normal temperature, drying, grinding and sieving, (2) Environmentally-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surface mixture, which comprises 90-110 pts. wt. mineral material, 0.9-2.3 pts. wt. slaked lime, 14-21 pts. wt. composite modified emulsified asphalt and 5-9 pts. wt. water. The composite modified emulsified asphalt is obtained by composite modification of emulsified asphalt with styrene-butadiene rubber latex modifier and the environmentally-friendly slow-release snow melting agent, and (3) Preparation of environmentally-friendly slow-release snow-melting micro-surface mixture, which involves (i) heating the emulsified asphalt to melt, adding 5 wt.% styrene-butadiene rubber latex modifier, stirring evenly, adding 3.4-8.8 pts. wt. environmentally-friendly slow-release snow melting agent, performing shearing modification to obtain composite modified emulsified asphalt, (ii) mixing 90-110 pts. wt. mineral material, 0.92-2.29 pts. wt. slaked lime, 14-21 pts. wt. composite modified emulsified asphalt and 6-8 pts. wt. water.
