NOVELTY - Short wave infrared response wide spectrum organic photoelectric detector comprises a transparent substrate, a transparent electrode, a first modified layer, a photosensitive layer, a second modified layer and a top electrode, which are arranged from bottom to top in the detector. The photosensitive layer is prepared from an organic donor material and 1,2,5thiadiazolo3,4-gquinoxaline based organic small molecule acceptor material (I) containing mixture, and photosensitive layer has thickness of 50-2000 nm. USE - Used as short wave infrared response wide spectrum organic photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The short wave infrared response wide spectrum organic photoelectric detector: utilizes photosensitive layer material to achieve a wide spectral response of 0.3-1.4 µm; short-wave infrared band reaches 1012 Jones; simple structure and preparation process, and small working voltage, and low cost; and can be applied to large-area devices.
