NOVELTY - The film has a graphite alkene/inorganic composite transparent electric conduction film and the first electrode unit (10). The first electrode unit and second electrode unit are staggered and set with staggered cloth with leading-out electrode (42). The light regulating element is implanted with pad linear object (5) to prevent the contact of first and second electrode elements. The whole device is sealed with the sealing material (3). USE - Graphene/inorganic composite transparent electric conduction thin film based light-adjusting film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene transparent electric conduction thin film has more excellent photoelectric property and low surface resistance and is applied for different sizes and types of dimming film.
