NOVELTY - Device comprises bath circulating flow system, dispersing machine, working tank, ultrasonic device and ultrasonic vibrating rod. The ultrasonic vibrating rod in ultrasonic device is disposed in the working tank. USE - The device is used for mass producing graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The device has controllable particle size, good uniformity, pollution-free preparation, high yield and mass production of high quality graphene quantum dots. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene quantum dots comprises mixing graphite powder and solution to obtain mixed liquid, feeding to first working tank from inlet port, sending mixed liquid to each working tank, filling working tanks with mixed liquid, starting the circulating flow system of tank liquid, dispersing graphite powder in tank liquid, performing peeling treatment, stripping graphite particles in liquid, completing cycle in trough liquid circulating flow system, peeling graphite particles in liquid, performing one-way reciprocating cycle, peeling graphite powder into multi-layer graphite particles, peeling multi-layer graphite particles, turning multilayer graphite particles into carbon quantum dots, peeling carbon quantum dots to obtain graphene quantum dots, opening control valve and collecting graphene quantum dots from recovery port of bath liquid.
