NOVELTY - Device comprises bath circulating flow system, dispersing machine, working tank, ultrasonic device and ultrasonic vibrating rod. The ultrasonic vibrating rod in ultrasonic device is disposed in the working tank. USE - The device is used for mass producing graphene quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - The device has controllable particle size, good uniformity, pollution-free preparation, high yield and mass production of high quality graphene quantum dots.
